Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Real Estate Housing Issue

I live in New Jersey and I am looking for an attorney to help my parents (both in their 80's) relative to a couple of housing/real estate issues. However, they are indigent and cannot afford to pay for the service. Therefore they need pro bono assistance. What law firms in the northern New Jersey area provide this assistance?.

None that I know of. However, you could try the local senior citizen office in your town or county and see if they have a list of attorneys who will charge less. If it involves the sale of real estate, I can help you and charge a very reasonable fee.
