Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

real estate purchase

hi, i'm looking to purchase a property in mansfield twp.warren county, nj. it is approximately 5 acres with a delapidated house, small barn and house trailer on it. i would like to know if i could add 2 more trailers on the prop. to help generate cash flow while i rebuild the 3 original buildings. there are a few other trailers and/or run down houses in this section of town. how do i go about... investigating if this is ok with the town, what would the addition of 2 more trailers do to current prop.taxes, and what legal issues might the 2 add. trailers create? i am looking to avoid real estate agents and will not be using a bank (loan). this purchase will be strictly between the owner and i and will be carried out by a substanial cash down payment, 60 monthly payments (100% toward purchase) and cash due at end of the 60 monthly lease/purchase payments. i realize a title search and/or insurance is necssary. could the property with 1 house 1 barn and 3 house trailers on 5 acres deem this property a trailer park? if so where do i go to research creating/maintaining a trailer park? any info and/or advice will be greatly appreciated! thanks, have a good one.

Re: real estate purchase

First thing you need to do is check with the town as to what the zoning is.Then you can ask them your other questions about additional trailers. Once you have that information, you should be able to make a more knowledable offer. Once you have a contract you need an attorney to review it. We specialize in Real Estate. Call for a consultation.
