Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
I just received an answer, but I think i did not give enough information for a more clear answer. I will try again. I work for a resort property, timeshare (deeded) some of our clients that purchased the timeshare are in serious default. Well the mortgage and deed were never recorded with the County.
We are not looking for any monies we would just like to close these files. The clients refuse to sign a letter of intent (to relinguish it back to us) please advise. Do we need this or can we simply terminate this contract. Please be advised that these clients were in default from day 1 that is why we never recorded anything. Can we just send a letter of cancellation. thanks

I would need more info to tell you. You may have 'clouded' the ownership by doing what you did.
Call me if you want some assistance.
