Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I recently purchased a new home as one of the first homes in a development. The builder abandoned the development after building 8 of 96 home. I have reason to believe that the builder knew they were going to leave the development incomplete before they sold us the home. Is there any legal action that can be taken as the home was sold under false pretenses and the builder did not disclose this information to me.
