New refi law in New Jersey

When does the new law preventing refinancing of homes go into effect? How long do people have to refinance their home? Thank you

There is no such law that I know of and I doubt there could be.

The there's no law that I know of in California or any state which proposes to a stop refinancing. I think any such law might even be considered a constitutional. I really curious to know where you heard about this. If it's cocktail party talk disregard it. If you read about it I'd love to see where in the article you read from.
