Regain access to my property

I bought a property with my partner 50% / 50%. A month ago we entered in a agreement and I agreed to sell my part to her for $25,000. The agreement states that after I sign the Deed she would pay the remainder of $12,500. I signed the Deed and now she refuses to pay the balance.

Is anything in writing? Who drew up the Deed? If you can't get paid you need to talk to an attorney and bring him/her any papers you have reflecting your agreement and payments. Call me and the first half hour is free.
