How to removed 2nd person from a deed? what kind of law can help me

I need to know if their any law in NJ that can help me to removed someone from the deed of my house? please can someeone reply back to me.........any kind of help will be really appreciated.

You do not explain the circumstances upon which you wish to act. If this is an appropriate case, you can file an Order To Show Cause with the Superior Court, coupled with a complaint, and if the relief is justified, the Court can direct the removal.
