if i sign a one year lease to rent an apartment in a house that is up for sale, if sold during my lease what are my rights. do the new owners have to honer my lease.

if you sign a one year lease to rent an apartment in a house that is up for sale, if sold during your lease, your rights may depend on the language in your lease contract. the new owners will most likely have to honOr the lease but we would need to see the document to give you a definitive answer.
