Repossesion

I'm a contractor overseas I left my home in the care of a relative to take care of the house and anything needed for it. A friend of mine called me and said that there was an eviction notice on the door . So I contacted the mortgage company and was told it was going to be sold so I filed for Bankruptcy to stop the sale. The case was dropped for lack of info. The house was sold to a bank now the inital loan was a VA loan is there any thing I can do to buy the house back?

You do not give dates of the various actions taken. You have a limited time period to redeeem the house from foreclosure, so if has only recently taken place, I suggest you immediately retain a local attorney to assist you and exercise your right of redemption. If it is not done promptly, you lose the right.
