Sale of Abandoned property
I had a commercial lease. Due to declining sales and personal health problems, I had to default on the contract. I left many pieces of useable business and personal equipment. The landlord has rented the space to another tenant, and they are using MY equipment. Where can I find the laws governing

The question is whether or not you abandoned the property. If you did not intend to abandon the property, you should demand its return. If you run into a problem, I can make a demand for you.

I have looked at the reply by the other attorney, John, and as usual he is right on point.
However, you have a bigger mess than just getting the equipment back. You may be sued for the rent due under the lease, and that could be a lot of money. I suggest you call John or me or some attorney who is familiar with commercial landlord-tenant problems. It will be worth the money you spend to find out what you can do, and to get some assistance to get it done.
