selling a house
i live with my ex partner and want to sell the house and she does not. what can i do?

That situation so common, the related suit has a name. It is called and "action for partition." Many times one owner will want to keep property and will buy the other out. When this does not happen, the owner who wants to sell can sue to have the court require a sale and the division of the proceeds.
