Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I am separated from my husband and as soon as it is financially feasible for us we will file for the divorce. While separated I purchased a home on my own. We have three children together (16 yrs, 12 and 10 years old) If I were to die while still being legally married will my home go to my husband? If I were to remarry will my home go to my current husband or can I set up a will that leaves my home to my children only? My goal is to leave my home to my children and or their father for him to raise them in.

The best advise that you my find on this forum is to immediately see a divorce attorney. If you were to die today your present husband has a right to " a spousal share" of your assets regardless of the existence of a will.
