Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Septic Fight

The building we occupy has the septic on the next door neighbors property, which he owns. We are having a problem and he through the plumber off his property and has refused to let anyone go into his store. What can we do? Boss does not want to call Board of Health because we would probably be shut down. Business in Northern NJ. Thank you.

Re: Septic Fight

you really need a lawyer. find someone who deals with zoning and land use, and who litigates (goes to court).

Give me a call if you would like. I am in Hackensack, right across from the Bergen County Courthouse. I can speak to you on the telephone, but it will take more than just a brief telephone call to assist you with these issues.
