sherrifs sale eviction process

dear sirs,

can i postpone my eviction after i have recieved the notice from the bank attorneys and the notice from the sherrifs dept?? do i have any recourse??

Your only recourse is to file for a stay with the court to give you time to find another place, pay the back rent, or file bankruptcy.
