Signed Documents

I signed a GFE and the deal fell

through. I would like to get a copy

of the document I signed to keep

for my records, but the mortgage

broker is refusing to give it to me.

Do i have any legal recourse? Do I

have a legal right to any legal

documents i have signed?

You are supposed to get a copy of the GFE when you sign it. Try calling the Banking Commission in Trenton and filing a complaint.
