Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
If a space is zoned as commercial, isn't it illegal to have the retailer living in the space? The landlord put in a shower and they created a makeshift bedroom in the back office. If this is illegal, to whom would one report the violation? I'm pretty sure that this is zoned commercial only, but how also would one verify that? Thank you.
