Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
My spouse and I have been summoned to appear in court by your downstairs neighbors. We have had problems with them ever since we purchase this condo 2 1/2 years ago. We have 2 children : 5 and 2 and the neighbors are complaining that we make too much noise. What would likely happen in court?
Thank you

Depends on how this his handled. Could get ugly. I would suggest that you call an attorney to help you with this. Call me anytime at 732/773/2768. My firm practices in Hudson County.

It depends on the summons and what is being charged. It is best that you not represent yourself. Contact an attorney to protect yourself.
