Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
A tenant broke his lease and moved out, i am having a hard time renting the property.
What are my options? Also he broke the lease because i placed the property on the market to sell for two months.

You sue him. Get a lawyer on it, and sue him.
When you finally get it rented, you sue him for the difference between the rent he should have paid and the rent that you actually were able to get from the new tenant. That is for the whole lease term of the old tenant (if he had six months left, you get your losses for that six months).
