How can I evict my tenant for non payment of rent without getting a lawyer?

If the property is owned individually and not through a corporation, you should be able to do this without an attorney. Just get the forms from the local tenancy court and file and serve the tenant.

Call the Landlord/Tenant Court in the county where the property is and ask them for forms to file a complaint.
