Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Tenant did other than what rental agreement states.
tenant is in my rental for three months. noisy kids, late at night, signed rental agreement for 2 adults,2 children and 1 small dog. I saw kid walking two dogs from my house and returning. kid did not tell me anything. Kids have too many friends all at once in front of house no kidding 10 kids we (my husband and myself) told them to leave. Leave and come back. This is a two-family house. We live on the second floor and rent on the first. They been paying the rent on time. We have told them about the noise and also the visitors to the parents. We feel it's falling on deaf ears. How can we get rid of them?

Re: Tenant did other than what rental agreement states.
you must serve very specific highly detaild notices upon the tenant alleging a breach of your peace and quiet enjoyment, and of the lease agreement. if they fail to comply with your notice you may proceed to terminate their tenancy and commence a legal action in the Superior Court. Hire an experienced attorney. It is a difficult case to win. I will assist you if you wish. 973-643-0040 x-104
