Tenants rights
Lanlord lives in multiple dwelling
sends eviction notice through a attorny
say he wants apartment for his onw personal use
but already has apartment in building
gives 30 days for eviction,is this legal

If the landlord is using this as an excuse to evict, it may not be proper, depending upon the relative sizes of the two apartments and the need for changing same. I would want to check on what is happening with the existing landlord's apartment - is it going to an unrelated third party? Best recommendation is to contest the eviction and let the Court decide on its appropriateness under all circumstances.
