Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
Hello and thank you for your time.
I am currently 6 months behind on my home equity loan payments and have received foreclosure papers dated Jan 9th 2014. I have 35 days to answer. I believe I'm now able to start making payments again. Do I need an attorney to arrange this due to the paper having been filed or can I do this on my own? If so, how?
Thank you again for any assistance you can provide.

You never really need an attorney to do anything. You can handle almost any legal matter on your own. The question is what is the smart move here. I never suggest being pennywise and pound foolish. We'd be happy to help you work this out. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.
I disagree with my learned counterpart. I have been handling numerous foreclosure complaints and those individuals who attempt to deal with this on their own have become increasingly frustrated from the situation. Please call me to discuss. (73 808 2003
