Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

Timeshare not what promised

I bought a timeshare a few years back with the promise of renovation and great exchanges. Now the building is in the same, if not worse, condition. Also, RCI has stopped exchanging weeks with the resort. The Resort is in McAfee, NJ. I still have to pay dues, but I do not see where this money is going. Is there anything that I can do to get my money, get rid of, or at the least stop paying dues. I'm not even sure, but I have heard of people wanting to do a class action against the Legends Resort. What are my options. I'm coming to the realization that I have waste my time and money with this.
