trading quad for automobile

hi i plan on trading my quad for a truck...i am still paying for the quad. and if i trade it i would like him to sign something saying that if he gets hurt or someone else gets hurt it wont be on me because i will still be paying for it.

I doubt that you will be able to sell the vehicle without paying the loan as part of the transaction.
