Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey
I own a vacation home in NJ with 2 siblings. One is married with children, the other is divorced with children. I am divorced and single. I use the house the most (april through November). I am willing without reservation to pay for the repairs. Are there any legal issues I should consider?

Yes, there are. Repairs is agreed on. You still have taxes, utilities, rental income (if you rent it out, it is a vacation home), and....what are you all planning on doing with it for the long term?
It would be smart to talk to an attorney, then talk to your siblings. You want a clear agreement on what will happen in the future.
Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me (if you are out of state, we will do this by telephone and email), and let's get moving on this for you.
There is NO COST to you for the telephone call, or for the first meeting at my office.
