Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I have a vehicle on my property in which the owner was supposed to pay me a parking fee every month. The owner of the vehicle has disappeared and has left the car on my property without payment for the parking space for almost 4 years. I have tried numerous times to find this person but I can not. the bank from which the car loan was taken out on came about two months ago to pick up the car but then returned it saying they do not want the car. I want to now what can I do?
