will vs. deed

There are different names on the will and the deed regarding my home that is being sold. Which is more important and why? Also can it be changed?

You need a lawyer to look at this for you and answer your question.

If you do not have a lawyer, get one.

If you have a lawyer and the lawyer is not answering your questions, then fire the lawyer and get one who does answer questions.
