my daughter was left in my brither in laws will in it her left her everything then we found out that later her married a girl in the philipines and her lawyer and the estate lawyer now say my daughter is entitled to nothing we live in new jersey is this true under nj law?

that is not true.
you should get an attorney who handles estates and handles lawsuits (so that you can fight if you need to).
