If the deed is for ''tenants in common'' as opposed to ''rights of survivorship'', does a will trump the deed?

Re: Wills and Deeds

Your question is not clear.

A deed to two or more people as tenants in common means that the ownership interest of one person is not automatically inherited by the other person on death.
