i plan to redue my existing patio which comes to the end of my property. can zoning require me to cut my new patio short 4 ft from my property and change my existing laytout in order to comply with new regulations?

You can extend your pation to your property line so long as you do not exceed the town requirement for lot coverage. Check with the town zoning officer and bring with you a copy of your survey. If you need any further help, please call for an appointment.
