the zoning officer stated that a ''high level'' town person made the complaint.

is a shed a structure for occupancy?

its on blocks, not on ground...

it in my opnion is jsut personal, almost harrasment of relgious discrimination issue...

thanks in advance your help...

Re: zoning for a shed

Please do not ignore this. If the zoning officer tells you to move it, and you do not, you will get a ticket and then a fine. If you still do not move it, more bad things will happen.

If you want a lawyer's help with this, call me. I have been doing this kind of matter for 14 years, and I am the attorney for a local town Board of Zoning Adjustment in another town.
