Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey
Foul Language
My husband insists that if someone gets hurt in the workplace and says, ''Oh f**k!'', it's OK because he said it because he hurt himself. He also thinks it's OK to say, ''My f**king balls are killing me'' in front of women. He's ridiculous. Is this considered a form of sexual harrassment?

Re: Foul Language
If he is not directing his comments to a particular person on numerous occasions then he may be considered to be nothing more that a foul-mouth man. This does not mean that he is free from disciplinary action by his company.
