Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

husband harassed by gay boss

my husband was harassed by his now exboss by trying to get him to go out with him when he refused he would not pay him his full pay. yesterday he had a hearing with nj wage and hour and won the hearing for almost all of the back pay, but he was to embarressed to say they whole reason the man was not paying him.this situation has been really bothering my husband, he has no problem with people who are gay and he feels that if you turn down someone on their advance it should be left at that and this guy would not stop so my husband did end up quitting.

Your husband may still have a claim for harassment or other mistreatment even though his wages were reinstated. He should contact an attorney to discuss his legal rights.
