Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

Question about harassment in genral

I am a student in high school, after ending a relationship with a girl,i may have said threats, what is the exstent of what she can do to me legaly, am i looking at possible prosicution? most of it was outside of school, in private. Alot of what was said was on AIM aol instent messenger service. Can the things said on this internet messenger service be used in a court of law?

I understand you are worried, but unless and until she files something against you, you may be losing sleep over nothing.

However, to answer your question, she can file harassment charges against you, and if you made colorable threats, she can even file a terroristic threats complaint against you. In the end, I wouldn't worry about it. While no one can guarantee the outcome of such a matter, that scenario is very defendable.
