Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

Sexual Harassment

One day at work my boss came up

from behind me, put his lips on my

neck and proceeding to jokingly tell

me how he wanted to screw the

overweight woman in front of me. I

was completely disgusted, but had no

idea what to do. I started avoid him

and he fired me two days ago. His

business is privately owned. Is there

anything i can do?
