Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

I am a victim of sexual harrasment my boss got fired because he was sending me improper messages. His secretary was his lover because he is a married. Well now his secretary/lover is putting everybody against me and saying lies a about me. The big boss wants me to go through the HR dept but the hr manager was close friend

To the guy that got fired and friend with the secretary I will like to know what are my rights
