my wife got sexually involved with her boss can sue?
i was married to my wife for 13 years, have two daughters.
at job, she was hire to help another employee to do the work. last year i found out that she was sexually involved with that coworker or boss, we got separated, i lost my family and my daughters. i believe that man sexually harrassed my wife. now the are living toghether as husband and wife. do i have a case against her company and that co-worker?

Even though what happened was morally reprehensible, you have no cause of action to sue the boss.

Unfortunately, you do not have a cause of action against your wife's employer nor her co-worker. However, if you were to file for divorce, you may proceed with an adultery count against both your wife and her lover.
