my daughter is recieving social security benifets

Hello, i just would like to know. Do i have to claim taxes on my daughter social security benifits (from her father death) at the end of the year?

Perhaps. The taxability of income, including SS survivors benefits, depends your income and on state and federal tax regulations - not Social security law. You may wish to repost this question in the tax section. But it is best to consult with a tax accountant in your state.
