Can an educator retired before old enough to collect but now has increased health issues inhibiting ability to work but documentable by drs collect SS disability-thank you

If you paid into Social Security (FICA) while working, generally yes. But you need to prove that you are unable to work.
But if you have not worked in many years, you many no longer qualify. Call SS to see if you do.
