I turned 62 dec. 2008 have not worked since 2000 do i get soc. sec. I live with my mom and she claims me on her income taxes shes retired

If you have worked in the past and paid SS taxes (FICA) you may be eligible for a retirement benefit. You can apply for a reduced benefit (75%) at age 62. I have no idea how much your benefit may be. Call the SSA and ask to open a retiment claim.
If you have not worked since 2000, why not? Are you disabled? Perhaps you can apply for a disability claim instead.
