Legal Question in Tax Law in New Jersey
I need to file a nj form 0-1 i can not find it on the goverment website what is the name of the form?

I'm pretty sure this is not a form you can file, I believe this is a tax waiver. You need to file an estate and/or inheritance tax form and then you will receive the waiver. Please call if you need assistance filing the estate or inheritance tax forms.
Best of luck.
