Legal Question in Tax Law in New Jersey

Filing of Taxes whiles working outside the US

How does a US citizen go about taking up a job on a foreign land and still comply with US tax laws? Does she still file tax returns and what income does he declare since she pays taxes in the foreign country? Does she officially declare that he is outside the US?

The taxation of US citizens working abroad depends upon a number of factors which you did not specify. I suggest you go to the IRS web site (www.IRS.GOV) and read the publications covering this (Publicatons 54 and 514), which should answer all of your questions.
