Where can I get an Inheritance tax waiver 01 form. Can this be down loaded from my computer?

I believe you need an L-8, Self-Proving Waiver. It can be completed on line and downloaded. Here is the access information: http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/pdf/other_forms/inheritance/itl8.pdf

Just copy and paste and it should take you to the form. If you need a different form, just place NJ Treasury in your search bar, their official site will show up and when you open their site, go to forms and then inheritance tax. The entire list of forms is available.
