Married with dependent wife. Better option for Tax filing Single/Joint?

I am working here on H1B visa

andmy wife is staying with me on

H4 visa as a depenedent.

Should I file my Tax as Single /

Joint? Whihc is the better option?

Usually better to file jointly.
