Legal Question in Tax Law in New Jersey
If parents are divorced and have two children which they have agreed upon which they will claim in their divorce contract, can the custodial parent still claim both children?

In the absense of a compelling reason, the divorce contract controls and filing contrary to the agreement is actionable in Court.
