I have a supplemental needs trust. At my death will the beneficiary have to pay taxes on what's left?

I have not seen the trust document, nor have you provided any financial information. The answer is maybe. It depends on what taxes were paid when the trust was created, if any. It also deonds upon the trust value and the relationship of the ultimate beneficiary to the grantor who created the trust. If you provide more information a better response can be provided.
