I understand officer liability for sales tax may pierce the corporate shell. But what about "Use Tax"?

Since the law is "Sales and Use" tax, the liability is the same for corporate officers and shareholders who have the obligation to collect and pay over the tax. By the way, this is also true for withholding taxes at the Federal and State level.
