39:3-10 Driving Without A License

I got pulled over by an officer for driving more than 25mph on a local street and he noticed that my driver license expired about a month ago(pulled over 1/8/09, license expired 12/8/08) and gave me summons under 39:3-10 Driving Without A License. It's in Garfield/Passaic County. The court date is 2/4/09 on their website. What would be the possible fines for this? I already got my license renewed today(1/10/09). How should I act on this?Please advise,thanks.
