78 in a 45 in NJ

My fiance was going 78 in a 45 in NJ and got a ticket. going that fast wasnt even listed at the bottom of his ticket so we have no idea what is going to happen. Im really worried :( Im pregnant, he cant lose his license he needs it for work.
