The fines will likely cost you over $1000. You are also facing quite a bit of DL suspension, so not forever, but a year and a half is possible. The Court will likely force you to get an attorney. I suggest you have your parents call an attorney. If can be reached at 732/773/2768.
If you are fifteen then I need to talk to your parents. Suffice it to say that you are facing real problems with big fines and the inability to get your driver's license at the same time as your friends and classmates. Please ask your mom or dad to contact me. Thank you.

You will definately need an attorney and you should explain the situation to your parents so that they can retain one for you. Aside from the fact that you are not old enough to drive, what will happen is not that the Court will suspend your driver's license (since you do not have one to suspend), but that they will suspend your right to apply for one. On the unlicensed driving ticket that will result in a six month delay. several of the tickets carry a fine, but the No Insurance is potentially the most serious because in relation to that ticket, the fine is anywhere from $300.00 to a $1,000.00. there is also a 1 year mandatory suspension, which would delay your right to apply for a license for an additional year. Question is do you have a defense to that ticket. Did the car actually have insurance. An experienced Municipal Court attorney can help you make this determination. If your parents do not know the situation, I would advise that you tell them so that they can assist in hiring an attorney to represent you for all these tickets.
